COMPUTER LAB: 

The school has a Computer Lab with latest PCs under Local Area Network. The school expects every student to be a computer literate and take interest in the operation and applications of computer.

STUDENTS SEMINARS: 

Seminars pertaining to the needs of the higher classes are organized with the help of resource persons in different subjects / fields at regular intervals.

TOURS AND FIELD TRIPS: 

Field Trips and educational tours are organized as a part of school activities. Children of lower  primary and primary classes are taken for picnics. Students are expected to take part in these tours and field trips as they form an integral part of learning.

CELEBRATIONS / FESTIVALS: 

The School celebrates various special occasions and festivals. This helps the students to understand their culture and appreciate the concept of unity in diversity. These celebrations are organized in different forms such as special assembly, cultural programs etc.

HOUSE SYSTEM: 

As per the Public School norms the entire students  body from class Ist to XIIth is divided into four houses namely Ajanta House (Red House), Nalanda House (Green House), Takshshila House (Blue House) and Ujjain House (Yellow House) to throughout the year. A Cock House Trophy in the name of Desh Bandhu Trophy is presented to the leader house of the session.

ADMISSION

  • The new academic session begins from the 1st week of April every year. Name of the students seeking admission to the school are registered after completion of prescribed registration cum - admission form on or before its due date. Admission to Nursery class is made on the basis of observation to the child. There is no formal test for them. However, admission to other classes is made strictly on the basis of a written test followed by interview (subject to the availability of the seat in that particular class.)
  • Those seeking admission to nursery class should be 3 years on 1st April of the year of admission. Date of birth certificate along with 2 passport size photographs of the child is required. In case of SC/ST/OBC Category a certificate duly issued by the competent authority is to be attached with the registration form.
Note: Prospectus together with the Registration cum-admission form with entrance exam is available every year in the month of March at the school counter on payment of Rs.300/- REGISTRATION DOES NOT IMPLY ADMISSION.

PROCEDURE FOR FEE PAYMENT
  • Fee at the time of admission is payable only in cash at the school accounts office.
  • Fee, thereafter is payable by cash at the school fee counter.
  • The name of your ward, class and registration number should be written at the back of the fee slip.
  • Fee is charge monthly for each student.
  • Last date of payment is tenth of every month.
  • Late fee shall be imposed thereafter @ Rs. 25 per month.
  • Failure to pay the fee by the last date could cause the name of the student to be struck off the rolls.

SPORTS UNIFORM FOR ALL STUDENTS FROM 1ST TO XTH
Prescribed House T-Shirt of distinct color. White shorts/ Trousers / divided skirts. White P.T. shoes. White Socks in summer and white socks/ stocking in winter. Sports uniform is worn on every Wednesday and Saturday. If Saturday is a holiday, sport uniform will be worn on Friday. Sports uniform is also worn on certain days of a week or on special occasions. Students are given prior intimation about it.
The information contained in this booklet is open to change from time to time. Any up gradation / revision / addition brought in to effect by the school will be intimated to the parent.


GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

SCHOOL DISCIPLINE
  • We have implanted discipline in firmness. Slackness, disobedience and disregard of rules are not tolerated. The school reserves the right to expel the student whose progress in studies is inconsistently unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.
  • Irregular attendance, unjustified or unexplained absence from school, habitual late coming, leaving the school premises without permission, disobedience, any type of unruly and objectionable behaviour is considered to be a grave act of indiscipline on the part of a student which may lead to his / her rustication from the school.
  • If a student needs to be withdrawn from the school, the parent / guardian of that student must submit a notice in writing, a month in advance, failing which all school charges for a month in lieu of the notice period will be charged.

RIGHT OF ALTERATION OR MODIFICATION
  • Management reserves the right to modify, alter or include any other term and conditions that may be deemed fit in the interest of the institution.
